“God is with You”

Mother’s Day – 10.05.2020

Praying for you my friends as you celebrate this Mothers Day 10th May 2020!

Despite these uncertain times we are living in, we know that nothing can separate us from the love of Christ. We can hold on to God’s promises.

God is Sovereign in His authority to bring good out of every crisis we go through in life. “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

God is thinking of you, “How precious also are your thoughts to me O, God! How great is the sum of them.” (Psalm 139:17) WOW! that is God speaking to you!

God knows you by name – “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.” (Isaiah 43:1). That powerful promise confirms that God knows your name!

God will use times of darkness and emptiness to reveal to you who He is – “God has marked out appointed times in history… (eg Corona Virus) so that people would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him though He is not far from anyone of us.” (Acts 17:27) So reach out! You are not alone!

He will use others to bring you comfort and hope. “Come to me all who are weary and burdened. And I will give you rest.” (Matthew 7:28).

I will leave you with this Scripture that pretty much sums up the heart of this encouragement:

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future nor any powers. Neither height future nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:35,37-39)

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” In Jesus Name, Amen.

Love and blessings
